The multi-agent team coordinates several specialized agents through a shared protocol, and Aceituno highlights the proposer-critic loop, where one agent produces an output and another evaluates it, as one of the smartest techniques in agent design for compliance, contract analysis, and auditable work. The human-in-the-loop (HITL) agent handles the mechanical 80% of a task while preserving human judgment at critical moments, as with a health system's prior-authorization drafting routed to a nurse for review. Finally, the scheduled agent runs the same defined task on a set cadence, like a private equity firm's Monday-morning portfolio briefing that lands before the weekly meeting.
